Our highlights at the trade show:
- Automating joining systems: The RIVCLINCH® joining system is a process for joining metal sheets by means of selective cold forming – without the use of fasteners or filler materials. Joining is achieved by interlocking two or more metal layers. The RIVCLINCH® technology is a cost-effective, environmentally friendly process for joining steel and stainless steel sheets, as well as aluminum and/or non-ferrous metals. We now also offer this efficient process in a fully automated version.
- Automation for blind rivet nuts and screws: Our RIVKLE® setting heads enable automation of the processing of blind rivet nuts and screws. RIVKLE® feeding is carried out on vibratory spiral conveyors or other distribution systems. Process control is also integrated. RIVKLE® blind rivet nuts and screws with hexagonal shanks can be fed without any problems and processed in all spatial positions, even overhead.
- Threaded inserts automatic installation: The installation of HELICOIL® thread inserts is simple and economical because there are only a few basic rules to follow. For efficient installation, whether in individual applications or large series, there is a wide range of installation tools available – from manual to automated. Just as important as the high quality standard is the economical installation of HELICOIL® thread inserts. For this purpose, we offer modules for integration into automatic processes and complete systems.
