Onboarding

We want you to get off to a good start at Böllhoff!

For a good start at Böllhoff we rely on a personal induction program for each employee starting on their first day on the job. 

We begin with a welcome package and a general introduction to our company. Next on the agenda are workstation-based, specific technical topics and company-wide topics.

You learn about our culture, how we work together, that which makes us what we are as a company and what makes us strong in our "Böllhoff Way"! After all, we want you to get off to a good start at Böllhoff, and we want you to share our "passion for successful joining"!
