ONSERT®

Quick and process-reliable bonding of fastening elements with light-curing adhesives.

kessler systems and Böllhoff create contact points

As an expert for conductor plates, electrical components as well as systems and tools, kessler systems has produced since its foundation over seven million components and realised more than 1,000 projects worldwide.

For the customer Gühring KG, kessler systems assembles for instance displays for tool dispensing systems. In order to fasten the display halves, process-reliable joining elements should be used. They have to be fixed invisible on the glass surface to emphasise the design of the touch screens. Moreover it is assumed, that the finished display then can be easily screwed to the housing of the material dispensing system.

The solution: our ONSERT® Smart type

Fastening elements with a socket made of transparent plastic are bonded to the customer component using light-curing adhesive. The short cycle times, the material-friendly process as well as the flexibility of the fasteners and the processing are the most important aspects.
With the ergonomic ONSERT® Portable and its short curing times, kessler systems processes both smaller and larger quantities efficiently. About 10,000 pieces of ONSERT® Smart fasteners in the dimension M 6 x 18 are assembled annually in displays for tool dispensing systems of Gühring.
