Second Böllhoff location opened in China
With a sales office in Guangzhou, we are expanding our presence in southern China.
New location in Guangzhou officially opened on 21 October 2025
With a total area of over 9 million km², China is one of the five largest countries in the world. In order to provide even closer support to customers in this vast country, we are now expanding the local Böllhoff network with this second location. Until now, Böllhoff has only been represented in eastern China with its own location in Wuxi, near Shanghai.
An important step towards even greater customer focus in a dynamic market
With two locations in China, we are now even better equipped to meet the evolving requirements of our local customers. The new branch in Guangzhou covers an area of approximately 610 m² and includes both a sales office and its own warehouse. Eight employees work at the site, close to existing and potential customers in southern China.

Insights into the new branch office
Böllhoff and China: joined together for over 25 years
We have been present on the Chinese market since 1999, initially with a sales office in Shanghai. This small start eventually grew into a larger location in Wuxi – which remains the centre of Böllhoff's business activities in China to this day.
The Wuxi site combines sales, production and logistics at one location today. When it opened in 2004, it was home to Böllhoff's first production facility in Asia. We have now been producing fasteners specifically for the Asian market here for over 20 years, including RIVKLE® blind rivet nuts and studs, various threaded inserts and plastic fasteners. Böllhoff employs over 330 people in Wuxi today.
The new sales office in Guangzhou now complements our existing presence in Wuxi with closer ties to southern China.
