  • VMQ (LSR)

    When the material is fed into the machine as viscous A + B components, the injection moulding process makes it thin and fluid. The components are then mixed precisely using a perfectly suited injection moulding tool so your idea takes on a permanent form. The LSR material is characterised by an excellent compression set value and high media resistance. With respect to form and function, the wide temperature range makes LSR an all-rounder in almost every application.

  • VMQ (HCR)

    High consistency rubber (HCR) or high temperature vulcanised solid silicone expands the areas of application of silicone. This solid-form, ready-to-use compound can meet customer-specific requirements for different materials, colours and components, including in smaller quantities. Like LSR, Böllhoff processes HCR with injection moulding. Crammer feeders or strip feeders are used to feed the rubber into the tool system.

  • FKM

    Its temperature resistance ranges from -40 °C to +200 °C. Its ageing resistance is its most significant property.
