Having been proudly family owned for four generations now, nothing matters more to us than our people. When one of our colleagues becomes a parent, it is a joyous occasion for the entire family – and that joy is shared by our company, too! As a nod to our love of family, we have established a little heartfelt tradition at our sites in Germany, France and Brazil, where every new Böllhoff fan is welcomed with their own personal greeting.
Germany
"Hello, I'm Lita Lamb!"
In Germany, new arrivals receive a very special gift. The Böllhoff plushie "Lita Lamb" is a velvety soft companion for our little bundles of joy. She also comes with a lovingly crafted card introducing herself to the newest member of the family, along with a personal message expressing the best wishes of our management board to the happy new parents.
France
A small gesture with a big impact
At our site in La Ravoire, France, we also celebrate every birth in our team. As a welcome gift for the new arrival, the new parents receive a babygrow featuring the Böllhoff logo – proudly made in France. Even small gestures like this handy yet heartfelt token of our bond with our colleagues show that family is central to life at Böllhoff France.

At our site in Jundiaí, Brazil, Böllhoff has launched the "Kit Maternidade" welcome package for every employee who has a baby. It contains a soft blanket, a babygrow featuring the Böllhoff logo, a pair of little socks, a congratulations card, and a little cuddly toy.
