Thinking ahead to improve
Higher strength, simpler production and therefore cost advantages. For the new FLEXITOL® Metal adjustment element, the friction function was transferred to the component interior. Yet, it is still fully compatible with the existing FLEXITOL® Metal basic elements.
With the new generation of this FLEXITOL® Metal adjustment element, Böllhoff lifts performance and economic efficiency of this joining technology to a new level. The internal friction function considerably increases the elements’ strength. Since there are no more outer friction segments, the manufacturing process is also simplified – positively affecting procurement costs.
