Detailed description

UNIQUICK® manual screw driving systems

A hand-operated screw driving system with automatic screw feeding is the ideal solution when assembling limited numbers of different products and product variants. UNIQUICK® manual screw driving units provide the efficiency and flexibility of an automated workstation.

UNIQUICK® Basic

Reliable and robust

The UNIQUICK® Basic telescopic screwdriver has been developed for use in industry and is compact and robust in design. The ergonomic, hand-operated tool is available in two models, with a pistol grip or bar-shaped grip, depending on the location of the fastening point and the workstation layout. The pistol grip is especially useful if a high pressure force is needed, when working with wood screws, self-drilling screws and self-forming screws, for example. Integrated path monitoring prevents the presence of two screws in the nozzle at the same time, significantly increasing availability.

UNIQUICK® Basic pneumatic

The robust version of a reliable technology.

UNIQUICK® Basic electric

The low-noise, high-precision version.
The compact electric drive offers torque and rotation angle monitoring, along with monitoring of the entire screw fastening process.

UNIQUICK® Advance

Flexibility in application

The patented UNIQUICK® Advance manual screwdriver differs from the UNIQUICK® Basic because it holds the screw in a fixed, upright position. This makes it easier to locate the fastening point and to join the components where necessary. In particular, the UNIQUICK® Advance is the right choice if you need to prevent contact between the nozzle and the component during screw fastening or when accessing low-level installation points (depressions or recesses). In addition to the pneumatic drive, an electric drive is also available. This is particularly suitable for applications requiring supervised or documented screw fastening, allowing torque and rotation angle monitoring throughout the screw fastening process. The driver's integrated process monitoring system ensures that damaged or overwound threads are reliably detected in good time.

UNIQUICK® nozzles

When designing a screw driving tool for an application, it is important to specify the right nozzle. We can supply the most appropriate nozzle for each application.

How do you choose the right nozzle?
The nozzle type and the necessary feed stroke and spindle lift of the screw driving tools are determined by the interference contours.
These are the component contours above the screw head in the vicinity of the screw driving tool or nozzle.
They generally involve limited access on one or more sides or depressions in the components at the fastening point.
