ECOTRADE – Besides a wide range or products, high serviceability, and a fast delivery service, it is still our employees that decisively affect the success of trading operations, with their expertise and service-orientation.

Based on ECOTRADE, today, we offer services in all aspects of fastening elements that provide sustained support to the value-added chain of our customers.

ECOSIT – Our services include taking over dispatching, procurement, quality inspection, intelligent warehousing and internal distribution of the merchandise right to the assembly line. Our customers benefit from a reduction of their suppliers, lower inventory levels with increased supply security and guaranteed quality in accordance with ISO/TS 16949:2002, optimized internal processes and considerably less administrative overhead. Economical procurement and delivery systems help our customers to concentrate on their core business. Every day, we prove our efficiency in C Parts management in more than 250 different ECOSIT systems.

ECOLINE – Our ECOLINE service packet provides modern communications media and intelligent interfaces for increasing efficiency in the transmission of information. Electronic data exchange EDI, online access to the procurement and warehouse management system ECOSIT, and the online shop and the online catalog called ”Blue Pages” are the contents of the ECOLINE packet that we have prepared for our customers. Besides the online version of the ”Blue Pages”, it goes without saying that we provide a download version for offline use.

ECOTECH – We support our customers in new designs and in optimizing existing applications with our application-related consulting. Daily challenges in ECOTECH involve improving customer products and simultaneously lowering production costs. Our claim lies in reducing the variety of parts to a minimum, simplifying assembly, reducing the use of materials, and consulting with regard to alternative technical solutions, for example due to legislation changes.

GLOBAL – With our local expertise in Europe and the world, we want to achieve both of the following: provide the customer with optimum local support and service, and at the same time, comply with his requirements for global bundling of suppliers. Corporate group managers advise our customers independent of location: locally, multi-regionally and also internationally.
