| It is our aim to instruct you so thoroughly in the tasks of the various corporate divisions that you could start in any division once you have concluded your training. You will put into practice the theoretical knowledge you have acquired in the training school, and so come to a better understanding of it. Not all training topics can be put across in the context of practical work. Consequently we alternate practical exercises with theoretical instruction in our various divisions. The main emphasis, however, is clearly on practical work. You will start off by working with sub-projects and under supervision; as you progress in your division you will move on to more complex tasks and increasingly work independently. Your interest and willingness to learn will of course make a decisive contribution to the effectiveness of your training. |
| The systematic acquisition of knowledge about products and the software used in the company forms an important part of your training. To obtain a good examination result from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, you will be prepared for the theoretical part by an external institute. Company training week We support you in your training in a way that goes beyond the mere acquisition of professional skills. In their first year of training all trainees, coming from all the various areas and branches of the company, come together for a seminar that lasts for one week. During the day we will discuss your interests and preferences, and consider how you can successfully realise these in the company community. And you’ll still have time over in the evening to get up to something... Further training On the conclusion of your training, if not before, you will find yourself wondering, ‘Where am I going, with my training? Where do my strengths lie?’ Together with you we will consider what we can do for your future. The future calls for a strong successor generation! The end of your professional training does not mean the end of learning. Well suited and willing candidates have a wide range of opportunities of further training open to them, with a view to helping them achieve their professional targets. | |
