Special fasteners

RIVSET® self-pierce riveting is a process for high-strength mechanical joining of similar materials or material combinations. In this process several layers can be joined easily.

Blind rivet nuts and RIVSTUD® blind rivet studs are the most versatile solution for fastening high-strenth nut or bolt threads to components when tapped threads are not possible due to small wall thicknesses.

The setting of RIVNUT® blind rivet nuts is often the only fastener solution for hollow sections, housings or where access is limited to one side of a component for adding a thread to thin-walled workpiece.

For years, RIVQUICK® blind rivet technology has proven to be a reliable method for non-detachable joining of thin-walled components.

The innovative joining technology with the fully automatic system for stored feeding is suitable for plenty of material combinations.

IMTEC® refers to the „In-Moulding TEChnology“ and describes the in-moulding of metal thread inserts with plastics before ejection.

Screwing solutions made of plastic for plastics

The K' in K' system was especially developed by us and is characterised by special thread profiles. The different system variants are self-locking, self-tapping, self-forming, adjustable and tolerance-compensating.

Highly wear-resistant thread inserts for plastic parts

AMTEC® stands for "After Moulding TEChnology" and refers to the installation of brass thread inserts into plastic components after moulding.
