Function
HELICOIL® plus thread inserts create high-strength, wear-resistant, heat-resistant threads of highest precision. They are available in free running and screwlock version. The green or red colour allows easier identification when they are installed.

Technology
The newest generation of this technology is HELICOIL® plus. Easy handling
allows easier installation. Thanks to the reduced diameter in the first thread, the thread insert can be screwed in like a screw.
HELICOIL® plus inserts are highly wear-, corrosion-, and heat-resistant and show low thread friction within small tolerances.

The installation mandrel with guiding thread driven by a reversible compressed-air motor
runs through a guiding nut. Setting of the required installation depth is carried out with compensation washers between coupling and leader cartridge.

Parallel system type PR-E for HELICOIL® and HELICOIL® plus installation tools
3-axis parallel arm stand with displacement measuring system for quick, process-reliable and manual positioning of HELICOIL® plus installation tools.
Type PR-E is a universal, flexible and cost-effective system that allows position queries according to a freely programmable pattern.
- Recognition of position x-axis, y-axis and z-axis
- Monitoring of screw depth, screw position and process of screwing positions

The PR-E type is suitable for receiving electrical HELICOIL® plus setting tools type E-S410. Other electrical screwing tools are availabe on request.
With the long extension length it is possible to cover a further working area. The tool is always aligned vertically in order to reduce the strain on the user.
