UNIQUICK® Twinfeeder

In order to provide maximum feeding capacity they have exchanged the counterweights at the top side of the large sorting bowl with a second screw outlet, the parallel separation. The advantages are obvious. Now two stationary or hand-held screw driving units can be fed with screws and fasteners out of one bowl, not even increasing the cycle times. The symmetric design now provides a balanced vibratory behaviour. The feeder with parallel separation was especially developed for two stationary screw driving units, but can also be used with two hand-held systems, for instance the screw driver UNIQUICK® Basic.
All UNIQUICK® Twinfeeders can be combined with a check box to sort out odd screws and fasteners and it can be combined with a multiple separator to distribute the screws to up to eight driving units.
The feeder was built with noise reducing material, so that it provides a relatively quite working environment. In order to monitor the working processes and to secure the quality of the product the feeder may be combined with a quality control box (QS-box). There are several possibilities to adapt it to the individual production site. The QS-box may control torque and depth of the driving process, but it can also display individual steps of the process at a graphic touch panel in advance, in order to be used as a direction for the worker to follow. This technology allows for incomplete driving processes or stripped threads to be recognizes instantly.
The diameter of the sorting bowl will be 360 mm (3 liters) and it will be able to convey screws and fasteners with a head diameter of up to 20 mm.
